Kiln Roasted Salmon Salad Fibre Points 12+
1 fillet of Kiln Roasted Salmon (or hot smoked salmon) from Aldi or Lidl (most supermarkets sell this, but Aldi and Lidl are in some cases significantly cheaper than other supermarkets – and it’s the same brand!)
1 apple, pear or peach (depending on the season)
Mixed leaf salad
1 tbsp each seeds (sunflower, pumpkin, linseed, sesame, hemp)
1 handful chopped walnuts (or any nuts you like)
Juice of ½ lime
Drizzle olive oil
Serve & enjoy
During the winter months I mix through stir fried rice to warm it up
