Seated Pilates Exercises – Bicycle

This seated version of Pilates Bicycle is great for anyone who wants to work their waist muscles but can’t /doesn’t want to get down on the floor.

For some people getting up and down from the floor isn’t possible.

Joint replacements, joint fusion, arthritis, labyrinthitis are just some reasons.

Also the crunch from a lying position can put too much pressure on the lower lying organs especially if you have inflammatory conditions like: endometriosis, IBD, IBS, PCOS, if you have had a cesarean or hysterectomy, prolapse, osteoporosis, pelvic floor disfunction for example.

Some people have really sensitive bodies.

I love to look for alternative ways to help you get moving ❤️
