Does your wrists hurt doing Plank?

Sore wrists or shoulders is a common complaint I hear when people are doing plank, kneeling table top and push up… 

Often these problems come from the set-up not being right for them… 

In this week’s video, I show you how I teach set-up to minimise the potential for hurting yourself and alleviate at least some of the discomfort.

There will be some people that going into this position just isn’t possible due to a previous injury or other joint problems.
