Chocolate Goodness to start your day !

Chocolate Porridge Fiber Points 4+

35 – 50g rolled oats (organic if you can get them)

200-300ml milk of choice

Pinch sea salt

Tsp sweetener – maple syrup, honey, and coconut sugar are good options

Tbsp cacao or cocoa powder (or a couple of squares of dark chocolate, if you use milk chocolate, you probably won’t need any sweetener).

Options to Add to boost your fiber points

Tbsp seeds – pumpkin, sunflower, flaxseed, hemp

A handful of chopped nuts – walnuts, cashews, brazil, almonds, pecans, hazelnuts

Tbsp desiccated coconut (to make it like a bounty)

Orange zest & orange juice (choco orange)

Put all your chosen ingredients into a pot, and heat on low heat until the consistency is at your preferred consistency.
