Basic Pilates Moves for back pain

Back pain can be breathtaking (not in a good way) and immobilising. One of the many things I love about Pilates is the mobility you get in your spine and the strength in the muscles to help support your body which can significantly reduce, if not alleviate the pain. 

Simple but powerful, that’s what the exercises are.
