Bye Bye Bunions

They say that prevention is better than the cure… When it comes to bunions, I would say definitely!! 

For many people, surgery is pretty much the only option for bunions (depending on how far on they are…).

Does that mean that there is nothing you can do for a bunion? 

Nope. 

For many people with bunions, it can be hereditary, but that doesn’t mean that you can’t do something to support your feet… 

And this week I have a lovely stretch for you 🙂 

To do this stretch you will need a looped band or belt. The band could be a resistance band or a hair band…
