I'm rebellious and compassionate. I swear (when appropriate) and people regularly tell me they feel calm with me. I question everything and hold you with care.

I've been called "a happy-go-lucky ray of fucking sunshine" - which is about right.

My qualifications: BSc Sport & Exercise Science, HND Health Fitness & Exercise, Diploma in Supporting People with Long Term Health Conditions, many specialist massage and movement qualifications, 17+ years experience, member of British Society of Lifestyle Medicine Voices of Lived Experience group.

My lived experience: I live with Crohn's disease, endometriosis, and perimenopause. I'm a highly sensitive person (discovered at 46). I know what it's like to physically not be able to relax. I've been where you are.

My approach: Woo + science. Traditional wisdom + evidence. Rebellious + kind. I love techno raves AND mountain silence. Natural fibres AND research papers. Herbal medicine AND anatomy nerding. Trauma Informed - your needs are my priority

What I'm NOT: A guru. Spiritually bypassing. Dogmatic. Pretentious. Anti-NHS workers (I'm anti-broken systems, not anti-people). 

My personality: Pisces sun/moon (intuitive, empathetic), Virgo rising (organised for everyone else), 2/5 Projector in Human Design (here to guide you, not do it for you).

Location: Private home studio in Springburn, Glasgow. Calm, cosy, welcoming space where your nervous system can finally let go.

Recalibration

The Recalibration (3 hours | £197)

Your half-day reset when you're out of alignment and heading for a crash. This is not ‘just a massage’, it’s a nervous system reset and recalibration. To help reduce decision fatigue, know that you’re in good, capable hands, I can decide which techniques are right for you on the day - lymphatic drainage, Access Bars, Reiki, Reiki drumming, sound healing, or movement. 

Up to 3 techniques per session. You leave with personalised practices to maintain the shift. Short manageable practices that you can do in the shower or take less than 10 minutes to leave you feeling recharged for the day.

Best for: Women who need deep recalibration every 1-3 months. The insurance policy for your nervous system.

The Reset (90 minutes | £85)

When you need to interrupt the pattern. Clear the noise in your head. Experience what calm feels like.To help reduce decision fatigue know that you’re in good, capable hands, I can decide for you - lymphatic drainage, Access Bars, Reiki, Reiki drumming, sound healing, movement. 

Up to 2 techniques per session.  You leave with personalised practices to maintain the shift. Short manageable practices that you can do in the shower or take less than 10 minutes to leave you feeling recharged for the day.

Best for: Women maintaining their wellbeing between deeper work. Regular nervous system tune-ups.

⏰ TOO LATE IF:

If you are in an acute flare and need medical support. It's definitely the time to call in the doctor if you haven't already. 

Therapeutic work can make your symptoms worse and doing less is the best thing for you (I speak from experience here).
