I am passionate about listening to the wisdom of the body — and helping others do the same. Because I know what happens when we don’t.

In my 20s and 30s, I lived life at full speed: working, travelling, training hard in the gym, always chasing the next thing. I thought rest was for the lazy, so I ignored my body’s signals — until my health collapsed and I was diagnosed with Crohn’s disease and endometriosis. That was my turning point. I felt broken, ashamed, and lost. But slowly, in small steps, I learned a new way of being — one where listening to my body, honouring my limits, and creating space for rest became the foundation of healing.

Now in my late 40s, I live and work at a different pace — one that honours both energy and ease. And this is the space I hold for you.

Through deep 1:1 healing sessions and intimate movement circles, I guide women to reconnect with their bodies, release what they’re holding, and restore balance at every level. Because your body is always speaking — sometimes we just need the right space to hear it.
