Q. How long will it take?
A. The videos are broken down to 1 video of 25 mins. Your Bonus Balance session is 22 mins, the rest are 12 mins or less. The total video time is around 85 mins. Once you have learned some of the routines, you won’t need to refer back to the videos.
Q. I am a complete beginner, will this be suitable for me?
A. Absolutely, no experience is necessary. I include some of this in my Pilates beginners course. If you have feet and walk around, it will benefit you. You don’t have to be fit or flexible to do this course. We all have to start somewhere.
Q. I have been exercising for years, will this benefit me?
A. Unless you have already done a master class or course specifically on your feet, then this will absolutely benefit you. It will give you an education that will enhance the benefits of whatever exercise you already do. Pilates & Yoga it will help you balance better and make your postures and exercises more beneficial. If you do weight training, it will give you a better connection to the ground and help improve your strength.

A. Q. Why are you qualified to teach this course?
A. I have been working with clients since 2009, helping them move better. I have a BSc in Sport & Exercise Science and a PGDip TQFE. Through my Pilates and Yoga training, I became really interested in feet and how, when they work efficiently, they can really help all other movements improve. I started going on courses to learn more specifically about feet as far back as 2010 and teaching it in my classes and to my clients, we have noticed a vast improvement in their movement.

Hello, I Am Jen Wilson, The Healing Rebel. Movement and health expert working with women over 40 to move better, feel healthy, increase confidence, reduce stress and enjoy life.
Jen has been on her own healing journey after being diagnosed with Crohn’s disease in 2017. Because of this she herself has had to navigate a new way to get the most out of life and movement while honouring her physical limitations.
Although she has been working in this industry since 2009 after a career change from the travel industry, she can’t believe she didn’t make this change sooner. Jen is an absolute geek and loves learning about different movement and healing modalities. This means, she loves to take what she has learned and share them in an accessible way to her clients. In her spare time she loves paddle-boarding, camping and eating good food.
