Move. Relax. Heal.

Move your body in a way that works for you. I know how it feels to not be able to join a regular class in the gym when movements need to be adapted, it can feel embarrassing or you can push your body in a way that causes you harm. When I work with clients I want them to feel confident in making movements, find the ways to move that help, not hurt. 

I use methods from Pilates, Trigger Point Pilates, Yoga, Functional movement, fascia movement, barefoot training and biomechanics to help. 

 

Relax in a way that feels good, that feels gentle, that works for you. I struggled for a long time to find ways to relax that worked for me, regular meditation left me feeling frustrated and agitated, certain breath work exercises aggravate more than soothe – and I felt like I was just doing it wrong. Learning to tune into your nervous system to work with its needs and how it responds is important.

I use methods from massage (Swedish, manual lymphatic drainage, menopause massage, IASTM/Gua Sha), Reiki, Reiki Drumming, Access Bars, Sound Healing and guided meditations.
