Ladies over 40, are feeling old in your body? Have you started noticing aches and pains from the moment your feet hit the floor?

My clients who are 60+ are my inspiration to move more. They have great mobility, strength, stamina and balance and are living life to the full - hillwalking, skiing, running about after grandkids... They are amazing. Why? Because they have been coming to my classes for more than a decade now, they are the rebels who are not going to get old and frail.

My other clients, the ones with long-term health conditions, IBD (like myself), or have arthritis, MS, CFS/ME, osteoporosis or hypermobility, among other conditions, are rebelling against the prognosis that their health is just going to deteriorate. They are pushing back and showing those doctors what can be done.

One to One Coaching

One-to-one sessions are perfect if you are dealing with a specific movement issue, you need help with breath work, my class timetable doesn’t suit you, you don’t feel confident joining a class and want to learn the basics before joining, or you prefer personal attention.

Sessions are hosted online via Zoom or at my private home studio in Springburn.

You have the flexibility of 30, 45 or 60mins sessions. Each session is designed to help you meet the goal you want to achieve. You can book individual sessions to pay as you go or you can book a block of time and split it as you need.

I work with clients on Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Saturdays around my class timetable. If you have a specific day and time to fit your schedule, please email me at jen@iamjenwilson.com before booking to ensure availability of the time.

Pilates & Yoga Classes

Pilates classes are hosted online and in person at my private home studio in Springburn. In-person classes have max 6 participants for a tailored experience.

Pilates In Person runs as blocks on Tuesdays at 615pm. Email jen@iamjenwilson.com for the next start date and availability. Price is subject to the duration of the block and averages £10 per class. The full block must be paid to secure your space.

Online classes

Pilates: Sat & Tues 10am.  Relaxing Yoga: Wed 10am

All via Zoom, and the class is tailored to each session to suit the class’s needs. Online classes are £42 per month for unlimited access and full access to Pilates & Yoga at Home, to accommodate my down weeks.

My Pilates & Yoga at Home On-Demand Membership library provides you with a vast array of classes that can be accessed anytime, anywhere.

Whether you’re a beginner looking to start your Pilates & Yoga practice, or you are returning to exercise after illness, injury or prolonged time off, or you are a class regular looking for extra sessions to do in your own time, or on holiday between your regular classes. I have a class to suit you. 

Pilates & Yoga at home is only £9.99 and has over 200 classes for you to choose from.  Short sessions to help get you started include posture reset, seated fitness, Pilates Blast, mobility, beginner strength and mindful movement through to full-length classes. 

Healthy Knees, Healthy Spin, Healthy Hips Masterclasses, as well as Foot Mobility & Strength, Posture Reset & Strength and Pilates for Beginners courses included.

Master Classes

Happy Hips Masterclass. If you have tight hips, lower back pain or are in recovery after hip replacement surgery this masterclass will help improve your mobility and strengthen the muscles surrounding your hips to improve your movement.

This masterclass is included in the Pilates & Yoga At Home membership, but if you don't want to sign up for the membership, you can buy this class on its own. A one-time payment with lifetime access.

Happy Knees Masterclass. If you struggle with knee pain while walking, climbing stairs or getting in and out of your seat, this masterclass will help improve your mobility and strengthen the muscles surrounding your knees to ease the pain and improve your movement.
